Delete Your GradeIQ Account

Delete from the GradeIQ website

1. Sign in to the GradeIQ website using the account you want to delete.
2. Open Account Settings.
3. Select Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.

If you cannot sign in

Email kejani29@proton.me from the email address associated with your GradeIQ account. Use the subject "GradeIQ account deletion request" and tell us the account you want deleted. We may ask for reasonable information to verify the request.

What deletion does and does not remove

• We delete or de-identify the account information associated with your GradeIQ account.
• Card images, card data, and scan results stored locally on your device are not stored in your account and must be deleted from the device or app separately.
• Aggregated or de-identified analytics may remain because they cannot reasonably be linked back to you.
• We may retain limited records when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
• Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a recurring payment. Cancel the subscription through the payment provider or app store used for purchase.
